Datum is organized around a small number of functional teams, each with clear accountability and a strong sense of ownership. We keep the structure flat and lean by design — everyone works cross-functionally, and the boundaries between teams are meant to clarify ownership, not create silos.

Each team is led by a member of the Leadership Team who is accountable for both the work and the people doing it.
