Yes, the Builder tier is completely free and our goal is to keep it that way. You can get access to core programmatic capabilities for developing, protecting and connecting applications on the internet. ### When does Scaler launch, and how is it different than the Free tier? The Scaler tier is coming in the first half of 2026. In addition to support and SLA guarantees, this plan includes features that leverage our global backbone (such as connecting privately to AWS or GCP) as well as certificate management and domain connect. ### What does "traffic usage" mean for the Scaler tier pricing? The Scaler tier uses a pay-as-you-grow model with a base price of $20/month plus additional charges based on your actual traffic usage. This means you only pay for what you use beyond the base tier. The plan includes $10 in usage credits to help offset initial traffic costs, making it cost-effective for growing applications while ensuring you have the resources you need as your user base expands. ### Who is the Provider tier for, and how much does it cost? This tier is designed for "alt cloud" providers that deliver their value directly on top of connected infrastructure.
