# Blankenbaker - February 2026 Roadmap

**AI Edge \-** Introducing region-specific location API for users to navigate the Datum Edge network to understand basics: which PoP, identify real IP, see which features are available, latency to all endpoints. [\#611](https://github.com/datum-cloud/enhancements/issues/611)

**Enable & configure WAF** \- Allow users to enable and configure WAF protection for an entire proxy or a specific path, with consistent behavior and configuration across the Datum UI, API, Datum MCP, and datumctl. [\#326](https://github.com/datum-cloud/enhancements/issues/326)

**Milo Search \-** provide an ergonomic way for operators and customers to find resources, including users, assets, docs, pages etc. resulting in unstructured search across the entire Milo platform. [\#524](https://github.com/datum-cloud/enhancements/issues/524)

**Asynchronous UX behavior \-** Build better more intuitive UX design that prevents a user from being able to take actions that aren't possible, so rather than returning errors, they simply don't see the feature option. [\#586](https://github.com/datum-cloud/enhancements/issues/586)
